Recipe
- 1Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli flakes. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil until golden on both sides, then set aside.
- 2In the same pan, add the Heinz Marry Me Pasta Sauce and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up any flavour from the pan.
- 3Return the chicken to the pan and cook through in the sauce on a low heat for 8–10 minutes until tender.
- 4Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, then strain, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
- 5Add the spaghetti to the pan and stir until evenly coated, using the reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency to your liking.
- 6Serve with fresh basil leaves, finely grated parmigiano reggiano, and freshly cracked black pepper.
No meat?
No problem. Skip the chicken and stir a generous spoonful of stracciatella di bufala or burrata directly into the pasta. Rich, creamy, and completely irresistible, exactly the kind of dish that gets someone on their knee.
